An outrageous number

You might have seen this stat before, but it bears repeating:

60-70% of growth and transformation projects fail.

 

It’s an outrageous number – if you set out to do something in your personal life and seven times out of ten you failed to achieve it, you wouldn’t stand for it.

 

But somehow, in business, we do.

 

We map out the strategy, and then we try and deploy it, with the chances of it succeeding almost entirely down to chance, trial and error.

 

And in today’s video, I share something that you can do, to:

1. Start to remove trial and error from the execution of your strategy

2. Increase your visibility on your strategy’s success, while deploying it, not after
