Why most employee
feedback systems don’t work

Most organisations of a certain size have a system for gathering employee feedback.

Some are better than others, and some feedback is better than no feedback.

But whether you’re able to generate feedback that’s genuinely useful, and can be used to make informed decisions that move the organisation forward?

That very much depends on:

1. The quality of the feedback you receive

2. The ability to distil the feedback down into something tangible, practical and useful

In today’s super short video, I touch on something that’s absolutely integral when it comes to generating usable employee feedback – if your system doesn’t have it, it won’t ever work as well as it could.
